1. Platform Nature & Role
SD Certified Cars India LLP operates only as a technology platform and facilitator that lists vehicles after professional inspection, displays inspection reports, and enables buyer–seller communication.
SD Certified Cars India LLP does not participate in the sale transaction, negotiation, pricing, ownership transfer, or payment process.
2. Inspection Reports & Certification
All inspection reports are generated based on the physical condition of the vehicle on the date of inspection only.

- Observations during inspection
SD Certified Cars India LLP and Suresh-Drives AutoCheck LLP do not guarantee future performance, mechanical life, or accident-free usage after inspection.
3. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for verifying RC details, ownership history, hypothecation or loan closure, RTO records, accident history beyond disclosed information, insurance status, pending challans, RC transfer, legal formalities, and payment verification.
Buyers are encouraged to independently verify all government records before completing any transaction.
4. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are fully responsible for authenticity of documents, RC ownership, vehicle legality, insurance validity, disclosure of accidents, flooding, major repairs, and pending dues.
SD Certified Cars India LLP is not liable for misrepresentation by sellers.
5. No Transaction Liability
SD Certified Cars India LLP does not collect vehicle sale consideration, does not hold buyer funds, does not execute agreements of sale, and does not guarantee deal completion.
All transactions occur directly between buyer and seller.
6. RC Transfer & Legal Documentation
SD Certified Cars India LLP and Suresh-Drives AutoCheck LLP do not handle or guarantee RC transfers, ownership changes, RTO documentation, hypothecation closure, tax liabilities, or legal disputes.
Any disputes shall be resolved strictly between buyer and seller.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SD Certified Cars India LLP or Suresh-Drives AutoCheck LLP be liable for financial losses, fraud, transaction failures, document discrepancies, RC transfer delays, mechanical failures post-inspection, accidents after inspection, or market value fluctuations.
Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
8. No Warranty or Guarantee of Sale
Listing a vehicle or viewing a certified car does not guarantee sale, purchase, or specific pricing.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts located in Kerala.
10. Changes to Terms
SD Certified Cars India LLP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.
